A Lakes Region School will not have classes today due to a high rate of illness.
The Lutie School District in Theodosia canceled classes for all students. According to a statement posted on the school’s Facebook page, the district made the decision passed on the decrease in attendance due to illness which also forced the cancellation of the school’s Christmas Program that was scheduled for Thursday.
Christmas Break starts next week for the district so Lutie Schools will no not be back in session until January 3rd.
