An arrest has been made in the traffic crash Tuesday that left two with minor injuries while the other person involved left the scene of the crash.
According to the arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 68-year-old Peter Nester is facing a felony charge of leaving the scene of an accident after he was alleged to have caused a crash on Highway 13 late Tuesday night. The report states that investigators gathered information from the crash victims plus other witness reports lead officers to Nester who was arrested.
Nester has been released on a $25,000 Bond while the two victims in the crash, not named in the report, were treated for minor injuries at Cox Medical Center in Branson.
