"Playground of Bones" is a murder mystery but not a normal one, according to author Tina Riffey.
Riffey, who has written 15 books, appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" to talk about the book. She said most of her books are urban fantasy, but "Playground of Bones" is "paranormal murder mystery." Riffey said the book follows the story of a female who returned to her hometown after her parents' death.
She's able to read bones. The author explains that bones will give the character information about the person to whom the bones belonged.
That ability enables her to aid the police in investigating. She helps her best friend who is the sheriff discover who placed the bones in the playground.
Riffey's books are available on Amazon and other places. More was discussed on the broadcast.
The full interview with Riffey is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
