A Branson Man is facing three felony charges after making threats earlier this week.
According to court documents, Michael Palansky of Branson is facing Arson, Harassment, and Terrorist Threat charges after he threatened to burn down an apartment complex in Branson.
According to the probable cause statement field by the Branson Police Department, officers were dispatched to the complex on Tuesday after witnesses said Palansky was yelling and saying he was going to burn the place down if a resident there did not tell him where his girlfriend was located. Palansky was reported to have a small container of gasoline when he was taken into custody.
He is being held without bond in the Taney County Jail with an appearance in Circuit Court scheduled for August 3.
