An annual event leading to the start of the school year happens on Sunday.
The 17th Annual First Baptist Church Branson Back-to-School Bash will take place Sunday at the Branson Rec Plex from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
Terry Brown from FBC Branson visited KRZK's "Ozarks Now" and "The Upside" programs as well as MY 100.1's "Mornings with Josh Grisham" program to discuss the the event which will feature the handing out of School Supplies and Backpacks along with other family events including swimming, inflatables, and a motorcycle stunt show.
Brown says the continuing support of the community has been important to the continuation of this event that is one of the biggest outreach programs for the church. Ozark Dynacom stations Legends 106.3, MY 100.1, 98.1 Branson 4 U, and New Country 102.9 are among the sponsors for this year's event.
