A Marion County, Arkansas Man is arrested in Missouri on charges of Animal Abuse, Abandonment, and Neglect.
According to the probable cause statement filed by the Springfield Police Department, Steven Manson of Yellville had traveled to Springfield to sell animals at Swap Meets when officers were contacted on Saturday about a trailer park on North Glenstone with several animals in it, some injured or dead. When officers located Manson, there were over 130 animals in the trailer, many injured or deceased.
Manson was arrested and is currently in the Greene County Jail on a $10,000 Bond.
