Two suspects in a murder case in Kansas are apprehended in Hollister Monday.
According to a release from the Taney County Sheriff’s Office, their Response Team assisted Hollister Police and officers from Labette County, Kansas in executing an arrest warrant in the area of Presbyterian and Church Streets. Taken into custody without incident were 32-year-old Clint Nibarger and 47-year-old Kimberly Thomas both of Parsons, Kansas.
According to an Ozarks First Report, Nibarger and Thomas are suspects in the death of 23-year-old Dakota Patton, who had been missing since late April. Patton’s body was found on Monday with death believed to have been caused by a gunshot wound.
Both Nibarger and Thomas are being held in the Taney County Jail.
