A man who has faced many legal issues over the past 10 plus years was in Taney County Court on Tuesday.
Brian Sides, who has had complaints filed dating back to the Joplin Tornado up to the present, entered a plea of not guilty to charges filed by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office of Deceptive Business Practices and Exploitation of an Elderly and/or Disabled Person for an incident in 2022 when Sides was alleged to have taken a check for his solar power company from a customer for work that was never done.
Sides recently pled guilty to similar charges in a Howell County Case plus has numerous civil complaints including a judgement after a failed partnership in a RV Park near Mountain Home.
Sides is expected back in court on the current charges May 15.
