A pair of storm systems will be moving through the region over the next week with several rounds of precipitation possible.
KHOZ Weather Partners at Ozarks First, Weatherology, and the National Weather Service indicate that the majority of the precipitation in the forecast will be rain, but some light snow is possible, especially with the system moving through Friday. Minor accumulations are possible but little travel impact is expected.
The next system coming through early next week will produce more precipitation with forecasters expecting temperatures to be warm enough for it to fall mostly in the form of rain, though some snow may be possible as the system moves out late Monday into Tuesday.
