BRANSON, Mo., 6/23/2023 – The cleanup of the Waterfall Trail, located at the entrance of Westgate Resort at 2201 Roark Valley Rd is complete and the trail is now back open.
The popular trail closed last month due to a sanitary spill from an overflowing manhole.
The spill was discovered on Sunday, May 28, 2023, by a resident who reported it using the City of Branson’s “Report Water & Sewer Issues” section of the Feedback & Questions page of its website, BransonMo.Gov. Standard operating procedures for a sanitary spill began immediately on May 28. This includes contacting the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and the Missouri Department of Conservation.
For questions, please contact the City of Branson’s Utilities Department at 417-243-2740 during normal business hours.
