Daniel Joseph O’Sullivan, age 89, of Branson, Missouri.

Daniel Joseph O’Sullivan, age 89, of Branson, Missouri, passed away May 1, 2025. He entered this life May 31, 1935, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of James and Ellen (O’Connor) O’Sullivan. He was joined in marriage September 27, 1958, to Margaret Feinberg.

Daniel proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps. He was an avid Chicago White Sox fan along with other Chicago teams. Daniel served as a Judge Advocate for the Branson VFW and loved his post. He faithfully walked in his neighborhood and knew most everyone. Daniel had an outgoing personality and had the “gift of gab.” He was a true “Irishman” and known to all. He will be dearly missed.

Daniel is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Eileen Rowland.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Margaret O’Sullivan; son, Thomas (Yan Jing) O’Sullivan of Stanton, California; two daughters: Theresa (Edward) Poczatek of Schaumburg, Illinois, and Patricia (Joseph) Saffa of Berkeley, Illinois; six grandchildren: Rachael, Jaclyn, Eric, Alec, Matthew, and Yifan; two great-grandchildren: Gabriel and Brady.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on May 31, 2025, with celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 203 Vaughn Rd, Branson, MO 65616, there will be a reception following the service.
