A Branson man if facing charges of rape against a minor child during over a period of seven years.
Charges were filed on Wednesday against Jason Berriault after an investigation which started when the crime was reported to the Taney County Sheriff's Office in October of last year. The probable cause affidavit indicates that the alleged incidents took place in or around Taneyville between 2017 and 2023.
