In advance of the hottest weather of the year, a round of severe thunderstorms are possible early Wednesday Morning.
The National Weather Service says a Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms are possible, primarily during the overnight hours bringing the risk of strong winds between 60 and 70 MPH with it.
Most of storms should be out of the Lakes Region around sunrise Wednesday morning with temperatures expected to soar to around 100, the first of three straight days of triple digit forecast highs.
